From there, we work closely with you, your architect, and your township to finalize plans and secure all necessary permits. If you have not yet coordinated with an architect, our team can assist in guiding you through that process.

Once plans are approved and finalized, contracts are prepared and construction begins. We guide you through design decisions, material selections, and preparation for your new space.

 

Timelines vary based on scope, but every phase is carefully managed, from site prep and foundation work to framing, mechanicals, and final finishes, ensuring a seamless addition that blends naturally with your home.
